Terms of service

1. Purpose

Abyxo (the "Company", "we") provides a crypto payment gateway service for professionals (the "Clients"). These terms govern the use of abyxo.app and its sub-domains.

2. Acceptance

Using the service implies full acceptance of these terms, which may be updated at any time. Clients are notified 30 days before any material change takes effect.

3. Pricing

Pricing is published on /pricing. The Pay-as-you-go plan is 5%, charged only when you withdraw funds, with no minimum and no commitment. The Enterprise plan is available on request. No hidden fees, no chargebacks.

4. Compliance

Abyxo operates as a MiCA-ready CASP. The Client agrees to comply with Travel Rule, AML and international sanctions obligations. OFAC / EU / UK / UN screening runs automatically.

5. Personal data

See privacy policy. Sovereign hosting in France. No data export outside the EU.

6. Liability

Service is provided "as-is". The Company commits to a 99.99% SLA. Any unavailability above 0.01%: pro-rata credit.

7. Termination

The Client can terminate at any time at no cost. The Company reserves the right to suspend an account for fraudulent, illegal or non-compliant use.
