Terms of service

1. Purpose

Abyxo (the "Company", "we") provides a crypto payment gateway service for professionals (the "Clients"). These terms govern the use of abyxo.app and its sub-domains.

2. Acceptance

Using the service implies full acceptance of these terms, which may be updated at any time. Clients are notified 30 days before any material change takes effect.

3. Account & KYC

Sign-up requires accurate identity information about the Client and its ultimate beneficial owners. KYC/KYB verification is performed via a certified partner. Service may be suspended if information is missing.

4. Pricing

Pricing is published on /pricing. The Starter plan is 2% per transaction with no minimum and no commitment. The Growth plan is 0.5% per transaction for higher volumes. No hidden fees, no chargebacks.

5. Compliance

Abyxo operates as a MiCA-ready CASP. The Client agrees to comply with Travel Rule, AML and international sanctions obligations. OFAC / EU / UK / UN screening runs automatically.

6. Personal data

See privacy policy. Sovereign hosting in France. No data export outside the EU.

7. Liability

Service is provided "as-is". The Company commits to a 99.99% SLA and publishes a real-time status page at status.abyxo.app. Any unavailability above 0.01%: pro-rata credit.

8. Termination

The Client can terminate at any time at no cost. The Company reserves the right to suspend an account for fraudulent, illegal or non-compliant use.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, after amicable settlement attempts, exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris.
